Affiliate Agreement
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Annuities on Autopilot ("The Company"), a Saratoga Springs corporation ("Company" or "Mortgage Lead Hackers"), and the individual or entity participating in the Mortgage Lead Hackers Affiliate Program ("Affiliate" or "You"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Mortgage Lead Hackers Affiliate Program. By participating in the program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
1.1. To enroll in the Annuities on Autopilot Affiliate Program, you must complete the application form on our website and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1.2. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including if we determine that your website or marketing practices do not align with our brand values or may harm our reputation.
2. Affiliate Commissions
2.1. In order to be eligible for our affiliate program, you must be a paying customer, or an organization under contract.
2.2. Affiliates will earn a $50 monthly recurring commission for each valid sale referred through their unique affiliate link or code for as long as the referral remains a paying customer.
2.3. Commissions are paid 60 days after each successful payment.
2.4. There may be instances where Annuities on Autopilot will need to defer subscription payments when it's in the best interest of the lifetime value of the customer. This is also in the best interest of the affiliate as it will maximize their commissions in the long-term. The affiliate will not be paid for these deferred months.
2.5. If a referral cancels their subscription, affiliate commissions cease.
2.6. If Annuities on Autopilot gets acquired by another entity, they cannot guarantee the affiliate program will continue.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1. Affiliates must represent Annuities on Autopilot honestly and accurately in all marketing materials and promotions. Misleading or false claims about the Company's products or services are strictly prohibited.
3.2. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting Annuities on Autopilot products and services.
3.3. Affiliates are responsible for the content and maintenance of their websites, promotional materials, and marketing practices. Annuities on Autopilot reserves the right to request changes or modifications to any content or promotional methods used by the Affiliate.
3.4. Affiliates are responsible for keeping their account information up to date, including contact details, payment preferences, and tax information.
4. Prohibited Activities
4.1. Affiliates must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
a. Spamming, including email, social media, or any other form of unsolicited communication.
b. Using copyrighted material, trademarks, or intellectual property without proper authorization.
c. Engaging in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
d. Promoting Annuities on Autopilot on websites or through methods that contain adult, offensive, or illegal content.
e. Bidding on Annuities on Autopilot-related keywords or variations thereof in pay-per-click advertising campaigns without prior written consent.
4.2. Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate termination of the Affiliate's account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
5. Termination
5.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.
5.2. Annuities on Autopilot reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and withhold any pending commissions in cases of Affiliate violation of this Agreement, including prohibited activities.
5.3. We may cancel or terminate your right to use the Site or any part of the Site at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part of the Site affected by such cancellation or termination. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Site, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms of Service, shall survive.
6. Amendments
6.1. Annuities on Autopilot may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes through email or within the Affiliate portal.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Annuities on Autopilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from the Affiliate Program or this Agreement.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.
8.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saratoga Springs, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By enrolling in the Annuities on Autopilot Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
